- » A return phone call or e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your message
- » Courtesy toward you, your staff, and your clients at all times
- » Clear, concise, grammatical reports
- » Accurate, thoroughly verified information, including proper accounting and statistics
- » Innovative solutions when obstacles to obtaining information arise
- » Lawful, ethical investigative methods that never reflect poorly on you
- » Careful compliance with rules of evidence to ensure admissibility
- » An invoice that honestly reflects the services rendered and the charges
- » A full explanation of any fee, cost, or invoice item upon request
- » Copies of all database reports, documents, recordings, and photos upon request
- » Utmost discretion and confidentiality
